EASTER Bank Holiday Sunday (April 21) will be extra special at the Velvet Nightclub in Worcester.
A spokesman said: “Flying over the pond all the way from New York City we are bringing a true NYC legend to Worcester for a one off special.
“Our special guest will be Lenny Fontana, and New York house and disco special.”
The spokesman added: “Lenny Fontana a true New Yorker learned his craft from Radio personality DJ Frankie Crocker, the program director of WBLS 107.5 In NYC. Inspired by DJ larry lavan. He went on to play at the famous Studio 54 in the late 80’s and other NYC Clubs.
“Through the 1990’s he travelled the world and played at many famous nightclubs globally. He’s now releasing on Defected Records and headlining the biggest festivals all around the world and is in huge demand in the house and disco scene! On the night expect music from artists like : Joey Negro, Todd Terry, Dimitri From Paris, Purple Disco Machine and Black Legend.
