TODAY'S old picture from the archive of the Worcester News dates back to August 1976, when the big news in the city was the opening of the new St Clement's CE Primary School in Henwick Road. The school replaced a previous school in Tybridge Street, described as "dowdy and Dickensian", and is pictured with its architect, Henry Gorst.
