A DJ who made his big break on a 'Kevin and Perry' style holiday is growing his hair for a good cause.

Lewis Rinaldi, from Worcester who makes a living playing DJ sets on cruise ships went to Ibiza to pursue his dream of being a DJ. Comparing the experience to to film 'Kevin and Perry Go Large,' Mr Rinaldi said: "I thought, 'I'm just going to give it a go'. I ended up meeting some really well known DJ's. I met DJ Q and singer Barbara Tucker, Aria, and Mimi. I ended up hanging out with the CEO of MAINroom agency which is one of the biggest DJ agencies. I was his special guest in Amnesia nightclub. It was absolutely magical."

Mr Rinaldi, 31 has been growing his hair for Little Princess Trust for over a year. He will also raise money for the charity by collecting donations during his next cruise ship tour which ends mid November, before getting his hair cut. Mr Rinaldi said:"Someone mentioned it to me and I thought, what a good thing to do, it's free to do and someone benefits massively."

Mr Rinaldi told the Worcester News: "I have always wanted to be a DJ ever since I was 13 and I went to my first illegal rave. They let me stand behind the DJ booth because I was such a young fella. I was like 'wow, this is amazing.'"

Mr Rinaldi and his partner and events organiser DJ Vnom are hoping to play at some festivals in the future. Mr Rinaldi added: "He is a very talented DJ."

Mr Rinaldi said he enjoys travelling and is rarely in one place for very long: "I am happy to go with the flow, following whatever path life takes me on."
