THIS year's well dressing event around the Malvern Hills was a great success, say organisers.
Dr John Harcup of Malvern Spa Association said: "There was a record number of wells dressed this year.
"As an experiment, the decorations were kept up for nine days until last Sunday.
"This was a success despite the wind and rain on some days and we hope to repeat this in future years."
The winner of the Founder's Award was Grange Farm Nursery.
Refugee charity People in Motion was awarded a gold rosette and the chairman's cup for the old trough at Malvern Link railway station.
Meanwhile, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides from Upton and Malvern won a silver award and the Lionel Shorestone Trophy for decorating the pump at the Coach House Theatre, in Grange Road.
