COULD you find a place in your home - and heart - for 'fluffy little man' Bernie?

He is a small, red tan-and-black two-year-old wire haired Jack Russell crossbreed terrier in the care of RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Bernie did not have a good start in life and can be sensitive with some handling, so needs an owner who will be mindful of this and has a gentle approach with him.

"He is a very cute, long haired, fluffy little man who is very much a typical Jack Russell. He needs a new home with no children or other pets, as he likes his humans all to himself.

"A new owner, preferably with knowledge of the breed, needs to be fully committed to Bernie and prepared to put in the time and effort.

"Bernie just needs someone with patience and understanding who will love him and he will be a lovely little friend.

"He is in good condition, with a soft coat, and is house trained, vet checked, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped."

Please ring Geraldine on 01886 822083 if you feel you could offer Bernie the loving home he deserves.
