A CITY council meeting has been cancelled because it is understood a councillor has died.
Councillor Stuart Denlegh-Maxwell, who represents Claines, is the councillor who has believed to have died.
Worcester City Council’s licensing and environmental health committee was due to meet in the Guildhall at 7pm this evening (June 10) but the meeting was immediately cancelled.
Cllr Denlegh-Maxwell was due to attend the meeting.
Cllr Richard Udall, chairman of the licensing and environmental health committee, announced the meeting would be postponed.
