PERSONAL possessions including jewellery, a telescope and an air rifle were recovered when a warrant was carried out in Worcester.

Various items are photographed, but a number of other items were also recovered and officers urge anyone that may have a sentimental item missing to get in touch.

Officers believe the various items were stolen in burglaries throughout Worcestershire from August 2018 to December 2018 and police are appealing to the public to help return items to their owners.

Detective Constable Mark Wilson, from Worcester CID said: "We have recovered a large amount of jewellery and personal property from a warrant carried out in Worcester.

"Although a lot of the property doesn't appear to be high in monetary value - it may have high sentimental value so we wanted to release a selection of photographs that may prompt people to call us to claim their property.

He continued: "If you had a specific item that was taken during August to December 2018 and have photos or markings on the items that you can describe please get in touch and we can hopefully reunite you with your property."

Anyone who thinks an item may belong to them should contact police on 101 and give the reference 296s 260519
