TODAY'S picture from the archive of the Worcester News dates back to June 1999, when Tim Ripley became manager of the city's Odeon cinema, the youngest manager in the company at the time. The appointment was a return home for the 23-year-old, who has been a pupil at the Royal Grammar School, and had worked at the cinema as a youngster.
