JAILED nightclub boss Darren Pinches has been released from prison.
The owner of Browns, Bushwackers and Sin was sentenced to 21 months last December after a four-week trial held in Leamington Spa.
Pinches was released from prison on June 10.
Pinches was acquitted of the most serious allegations against him, which included a sexual assault against a young woman in a Bushwacker’s storeroom on New Year’s Day 2017 and administering cocaine with intent to stupefy or overpower her.
He was also cleared of supplying cocaine to a second woman at an apartment at the Quay.

However, a third woman, who compared Pinches to the notorious movie serial killer Hannibal Lecter, convinced the jury he had offered her cocaine in a private room within Browns before demanding sex. She fled with the assistance of a manager and locked herself in her car.
A jury found him guilty of offering to supply cocaine to the then 40-year-old woman.
He was also convicted of possession of the class A drug at his home after police arrived to arrest him on January 13 last year.
