WE asked our readers to recommend their favourite pub with a beer garden in Worcester and why.

This is what they said:

Amanda Stubbins believes the The Dewdrop Inn, in Lower Broadheath, is her favourite pub.

She said: “They do the best food and drink in the area and has a dog friendly garden pub too.”

Jason Clay said The Bridge at Tibberton is his favourite place, with its great beer, great hosts and describes it as the perfect setting.

The Wheatsheaf Inn, in Henwick Road, is Dan Mckeown’s favourite pub. He said it has great people and great neighbours.

Elizabeth Bellaby said: “I love mooring up at the Camp House and The Bridge at Tibberton when on the boat. There is great food at The Bridge.”

Donna Bird said: “The Blackpole Inn all day long. It’s a sun trap and there’s loads of drink promos to keep you going. Great food if you want it too.”

Ken Gibson said: “The Hop Pole in Droitwich Spa is good. The food and entertainment on offer are excellent. There are cracking ales and all at the right price. You cannot beat it.”

Nicci Mckenzie said: “Well I would say, that on a lovely summer’s day, The Camp House Inn, in Grimley, is the most wonderful pub garden to go to. It’s cooler down by the river, the chickens, ducks, geese, peacocks and hens are amusing to watch.”
