A YELLOW warning for fog has been issued for Worcestershire.

The Met Office has warned temperatures could dip to below freezing overnight.

The Met Office's warning says there will be some dense fog and freezing fog patches on Tuesday morning, likely leading to some travel disruption.

"There will also be slower journey times with delays to bus and train services possible," the warning says.

"There is a chance of delays or cancellations to flights."

But a Met Office spokesman has said the current cold spell may soon come to an end, with temperatures recovering throughout the week.

Public Health England (PHE) has also issued a cold weather warning lasting until noon on Wednesday.
