THE driver of this HGV has been charged with being drunk in charge of a lorry with a breath test suggesting he was more than four and a half times the limit.
He is due to appear at court alter this morning after he was arrested at Strensham Services on the M5.
We previously reported how he blew 167mcg of alcohol at the roadside on Thursday, more than four and a half times the legal limit of 35mcg.
The photograph of the lorry comes courtesy of the Operations Patrol Unit, responsible for firearms and roads policing in Worcestershire.
