A POPULAR burger chain has revealed it will be moving to a new location within the city.
Worcester News recently reported Annie's burger shack will be closing after staff confirmed they will be moving out of the Courtyard in St Nicholas Street.
A spokesperson for Annie's was not available at the time, however, they have now given Worcester News the following statement:
"Unfortunately the owners of our premises in Worcester have sold the building, we haven’t been able to discuss this publicly until now, as our staff and team must come first in this process.
"Annie’s burger shack continues to grow from strength to strength and we are now looking for a new premises in Worcester for Annie’s Burger Shack to move into and continue our authentic American experience.

"We would like to say a huge thank you to every single person who has come in to see us so far, we’re having a brilliant time throwing gigs and keeping you well fed and watered."
