Man fined for stealing £430 worth of Star Wars DVDs from Asda
A MAN has been fined after stealing Star Wars DVDs from Asda Cockhedge.
Robert Lupu, 41, pinched £430 worth of films from the store in January, stashing them in a foil-lined shopping bag.
The Romanian national, from Boston in Lincolnshire, appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Thursday after admitting a charge of theft.
He was fined a total of £417 and the DVDs were confiscated.
