A MAN has been charged after two people were attacked at the same flat in Birkenhead.
Zack Everard, 28, of Hurstlyn Road in Allerton was arrested and charged with section 18 assault, section 47 assault, attempted robbery and assault with intent to rob following incidents earlier this week.
He has been remanded into custody to appear in court at a later date.
The charges relate to incidents at a flat in The Woodlands, Birkenhead.
At 10am on Monday, Monday March 30, a 27 year-old woman reported she had been assaulted by a male at the property and suffered a facial injury.
At 2.30am the following morning (Tuesday, March 31) a 43 year-old man suffered a laceration to the arm after being assaulted by a male who forced his way into the same flat and made demands for cash.
