FRONTLINE staff and members of the public have taken part in the third clap for carers event.
Images posted on social media show police and the fire brigade clapping in solidarity as well as doctors and nurses at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital yesterday evening.
In a tweet, West Mercia Police said: "We are all in this together - we are forever grateful for all emergency services and the outstanding work they are doing."
People living in Worcestershire took to the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust's Facebook page to show their admiration.
Cath Griffiths said: "Eternally grateful to our emergency services."
Helen Woods said: "Huge thank you to everyone of you xx."
Vanessa Elmes said: "Absolutely Amazing People - God bless you, please stay safe."
Veron Young said: "You all fantastic fire brigade and thanks for everything you do
"You are all amazing - try to keep safe."
The next claps for carers is due to take place at 8pm on Thursday.
