A CAR ended up on its roof after a drink driver crashed and fled the wreckage.
The Operations Patrol Unit in Worcestershire shared this photo of the car on its roof A451 Dunley Rd Stourport on Wednesday. The driver was tracked using police dogs ‘having legged it from the collision.
One man is in custody for excess alcohol having blown 71. The OPU, part of West Meria Police, has stopped several lockdown drivers speeding at well over 100mph on the M5 over the last few days.
