A DRIVER has been reported after a toddler was seen on the front seat of a passenger’s lap.
Police stopped the driver yesterday on the M5 junction 5-7 after spotting an unrestricted toddler on the front seat of the passenger’s lap.
OPU Worcestershire Tweeted: “Please think about the safety of your children when doing such acts.”
