Officers shout 'stay where you are' during drugs bust
A DRUGS bust took place today in Benfleet.
A video from Essex Police - Castle Point Facebook page shows four officers from the community policing team, operational support group and dog section attempt to gain access using Method Of Entry equipment.
An occupant of the home appears to arrive at the front door before it is knocked down.
Officers can then be heard shouting: "Police, open the door, stay where you are!"
The warrant was obtained under S23 of the misuse of drugs act 1971 at the Benfleet home.
It is not yet clear what was seized at the property.
