EMERGENCY services were called after a woman was located in the River Severn.
Police rescued her to safety at 7pm at College Yard, Worcester on July 16.
She was then taken to hospital.
A cordon was put in place at the quayside by Worcester cathedral.
An eyewitness said six police officers were around the cordon.
The cordon went from the King's boat house to the Kleve swan statue on the riverside walk.
