TO CELEBRATE the 22nd annual National Curry Week we have compiled a list of the top five curry houses in Worcester.
With 25 restaurants reviewed on the site, here are the top five, as reviewed by Tripadvisor users.
1. Massalla Lounge in Broad Street is the curry king with a whopping 917 reviewers rating them as excellent.
PeachleyTeds wrote: “Excellent meal in our favourite Indian restaurant. Always amazing service and good to see abiding by distancing guidelines and masks. Great food which we have now come to expect at Massalla Lounge, will return very soon.”
2. Delhi Spice in The Tything comes in second place with 187 out of 235 reviewers rating them as excellent.
“This place is amazing, delivery spot on and the food is wonderful.” said Pete. “The deal they do is excellent value and don’t cut back on quality. I have used them several times and it is always good. I won’t use anybody else from now on.”
3. Pasha Everest in St. John’s has earned its place on the list with 134 people rating the food as excellent.
415charlotter said: “Me and the hubby went here for an evening meal and we were very impressed, staff all had masks or visors on and gloves when handing out drinks/food.
“We tried different starters and mains from their specials and all were amazing and portion sizes just right. Friendly staff, tables spaced out, we felt very safe!”
4. Cafe Mela Indian Restaurant in Foregate Street comes in fourth with 294 reviewers rating them as excellent.
“The kindness of cafe Mela was amazing, they went above and beyond. Extra food as we are keyworkers, really lovely food and amazing service. Will be recommending you to others”
5.Rajkot Restaurant in the Tything comes in last but certainly not least with 233 diners rating them as excellent.
