A MURDER trial continues at the city's crown court today and it appears to be a busy day across the road at magistrates court, particularly for driving offences, assaults and a significant fraud case.
Witnesses are expected to give evidence in the trial of Cordelia Farrell, accused of murdering partner Wayne Coventry in Bromsgrove, at Worcester Crown Court today.
The jury heard the case opened yesterday.

In magistrates court Samuel Burford, 35, of Bridge Street, Pershore faces a charge of drink driving and driving without insurance. Percival Jackson, 43, of Apple Tree Road, Pershore also faces a drink drive charge as does Oliver Landon, 22, of Crown Lane, Wychbold.
Charles O'Neil, 36, of Archer Close, Malvern is up for driving while disqualified and drug driving. Parma Rai of Aspen Close, Evesham faces two charges - assault by beating and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Edward Boult, 32, with a care of address of the Fownes Hotel in Worcester faces a single charge of assault by beating.
Nina Tiara, 50, of Chosen Hill, Cleverton, Chippenham faces multiple fraud charges at TK Maxx, Homesense, House of Fraser, Debenhams, Monsoon. She faces 20 charges in total.
