MACHETE and £100k worth of cannabis found in car that was stopped after reports it had been in a violent burglary.
Police stopped a vehicle on the M5 amid reports the car was at the scene of a violent burglary an hour before.
Two people were arrested when police found a large amount of cannabis, several crowbars and a machete in the car.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "A vehicle was stopped on theM5 Junc 4-3 after a report that it had been involved in a violent burglary an hour previously.
"Two occupants were arrested after £100k (street value) amount of cannabis was found inside the vehicle alongside several crowbars and a machete."
