CAVERSHAM residents are being urged to tighten security on their sheds and garages after a series of break ins.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) said the force is investigating a spate of recent incidents in the area, and also asked residents to report anything suspicious they may see.

They advised people to consider locks, lighting and CCTV, as well as ensuring that bikes are locked up securely.

TVP warned locals on the force's Twitter page, saying: "We are currently investigating a series of shed and garage breaks in the Caversham area.
