This property has seen the biggest overall price reduction since first being listed.

The two bed flat was first put up for sale in June 2019 for £125,000. The price of the property has been reduced five times by a total of 29.2 per cent.

According to Zoopla, this Lechmere Crescent property has seen more than a 25 per cent reduction in price since first being listed.

It was first listed for sale in November of last year for £195,000.

Since then, it has seen a £50,000 price reduction.

The house itself has a lot to offer, with three bedrooms and a modern kitchen.

It would be the ideal property for first time buyers or those hoping to start a family.

On the market for a two bed flat?

This Eastbank Drive property has seen a price reduction of more than 25 per cent since it was listed.

In total, £51,000 has been knocked off the property’s asking price.

The flat has two bedrooms, one double and one single, and is situated on the ground floor of a retirement apartment.

Its price has been reduced six times and increased on two occasions.

In total, the asking price has been reduced by more than 18 per cent.

If you want to live in a luxury flat, then this should be your number one choice.

It is incredibly spacious, with original features that give it a distinctive and luxurious feel.

Many would argue that the lounge is the best room in the flat as it contains a Victorian fireplace surrounded by a wooden mantle.

This flat has seen a £20,000 per cent price reduction since first being listed for sale in May 2019.

The retirement property could be a great investment property- or an ideal retirement home if you are over 60.

However, it’s important to note that the figure presented represents a 75% shared ownership figure.
