TWO WORCESTER schools are currently closed due to an outbreak of Covid-19.
St Barnabas CE Primary School closed on Thursday January 14 for a deep clean and remains closed to key worker children.
Northwick Manor Primary School closed on Wednesday January 20 and also remains closed to key worker children.
A spokeswoman at Worcestershire County Council said: "Both schools have been closed since the positive cases were identified.
"St Barnabas hopes to re-open on Monday, and it is not yet confirmed when Northwick Manor will be open."
"There are positive cases in both staff and pupils within several bubbles. The circuit break will allow further transmission to halt. All pupils will receive remote education.
