WITH so many more of us still working from home and little hope of a change in things for the foreseeable future, our pets have never had so much of our attention – and we theirs.
From a dog at your feet, cat seeking the warmth of your laptop or a budgie on your shoulder during a video call, share with us your furry, feathered and fluffy ‘colleagues’.
Maybe afternoon walkies has provided you with the perfect excuse for a screen break. Or are cat naps more frequent these days?
From dogs and cats, bunnies and hamsters, lizards and birds, pets are an enormous part of our lives, and now that includes the home office.
Anthony Summers, of Worcester, is used to being ‘helped’ by Sushi, who likes a lot of attention.
Anthony said: “Whenever I’m on a call, she thinks I’m talking to her and meows back!”
To celebrate this new executive role of our pets, boosting owner morale, we’d love to see your pictures and give them the credit they deserve.
Whether they’re causing chaos during meetings, chasing the computer mouse or just becoming a star on the team, tell us all about them using the link below – or you can email community content editor barry.kinghorn@newsquest.co.uk
