THERE have been two new coronavirus related deaths recorded across Worcestershire's hospitals.
The latest figures, announced by the NHS today (February 17), show two new coronavirus related deaths recorded at the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS trust, bringing its total to 737, while the number of deaths in the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust remains at 55.
In total, there have been 792 Covid-19 deaths in county hospitals.
In England, a further 522 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died
The Acute Hospitals Trust covers Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Evesham Community Hospital as well as the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and Kidderminster Hospital.
The Health and Care NHS trust covers community hospitals and rehabilitation wards, including Worcester City Impatient Unit, Malvern Community Hospital, Evesham Community Hospital, Pershore Community Hospital, the Princess of Wales Community Hospital in Bromsgrove, Tenbury Community Hospital and the Wyre Forest Ward.
