THERE are a number of application and plea and trial preparation hearings at Worcester Crown Court today.

In court 3 Kurt Thomas is set to appear for an application to remove outstanding unpaid work hours and replace with a financial penalty, Paul Aston is to appear for an application to extend unpaid work requirements to enable completion of outstanding hours, while Tabitha Whittake has an application to amend an order.

Andrew Peplow has an application to amend a suspended sentence order while Ross Dutfield has an application to remove a restraining order.

The applications are being heard in front of Judge James Burbridge.

Elsewhere, in court two, Andrew Marsh is appearing for a plea and trial preparation hearing, and Shaun White is also set for his plea and trial preparation hearing.

Meanwhile Worcester Magistrates Court is set for busy day with a number of cases listed to be heard.

Among the cases are Ian Gayther appearing on a theft charge, Theresa Martindale for breaching a criminal behaviour order, Duncan Reuben for an assault by beating, and Keah Hempstock for violent disorder.
