A COUPLE of weeks ago, we took a look back at some of the faces and places in Dines Green, the westernmost part of Worcester.
Today, we’ve moved eastwards to dig out the files on St John’s, which by complete coincidence, featured in last week’s Worcester Life Stories article by Sheena Payne-Lunn.
Sheena had spoken to former resident Laurence Davison, who has written a fascinating account of his early years growing up in St John’s.
Hopefully his recollections will have prompted a few memories for St John’s residents, as well as some from people who may have moved across the Severn or further afield. Hopefully, too, some of our pictures here will do the same.
