THE body of a woman from Malvern was found at an address in the town this week.
Officers set up a cordon outside an address in Brook Farm Drive on April 6 after responding to concerns for safety.
When they arrived, they found the woman, in her 40s, was dead.
West Mercia Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious, though officers remained at the scene for most of the day.
A spokesman said: "We were called to a property in Brook Farm Drive, Malvern, on Tuesday, April 6 at 11.45am to a concern for safety.
"Sadly a woman in her 40s was found deceased. Her death isn’t being treated as suspicious."
Neighbours said there were "a few" police cars, a forensic van and an ambulance at the scene, with officers asking nearby residents if they knew anything about the person who lived there.
