A LORRY carrying a large load stopped traffic this morning after getting stuck on City Walls Road.
The Collet vehicle had a police escort for the abnormal load as he struggled to navigate through the city at around 7:45am.
Two police motorcycles, a police car and council workers were all on hand to assist the driver out of his predicament.
The Worcester News understands the cargo is a footbridge headed to Shrub Hill Station as part of the ongoing renovations to the railway.
