EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a 'nasty' crash - that left a car on its roof - on the A449 near Hawford.

Four people are receiving treatment from paramedics at the scene after the two car collision, which happened this morning. 

An eyewitness said: “It looks pretty nasty. I hope everyone is OK.”

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said:"We were called at 8.13am to reports of a road traffic collison. We sent three ambulances, a paramedic officer and a critical care car to the scene. 

"Paramedics are currently treating four patients and the incident is ongoing."

Two fire engines and police officers are also there. 

A spokesman for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "Two crews from Worcester Fire Station were called at 8.18am on 14 June to an RTC on the A449 in Hawford.

"A vehicle is on its roof with no persons trapped."
