THERE have been no Covid-related deaths recorded in Worcestershire hospitals for 19 days.
The latest announcement from the NHS today (June 15) means the tally for deaths in Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust remains at 808, while the total for Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust stays at 63.
In all settings, which includes hospices and care homes, the total number of deaths during the pandemic is at 1,358.
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust covers Worcestershire Royal Hospital, the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and Kidderminster Hospital.
Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust covers community hospitals and rehabilitation wards, including Worcester City Impatient Unit, Malvern Community Hospital, Evesham Community Hospital, Pershore Community Hospital, the Princess of Wales Community Hospital in Bromsgrove, Tenbury Community Hospital and the Wyre Forest Ward.
