WORCESTER City have confirmed that goalkeeper Dan Jezeph has signed a new deal with the club for the 2021/22 season.

Jezeph, a favourite amongst the City supporters, has appeared 60 times for the club over the last three seasons and has been a crucial player over that time and has often been City's saviour.

The shot-stopper played a crucial role in City's 2-1 pre-season win over Leamington last night with a number of key saves.

Manager Tim Harris expressed his joy at the capture of Jezpeh for another season.

"Dan is someone who I have worked with before," he said.

"He is an extremely good goalkeeper and we are delighted he has agreed to stay on for next season.

On his performance last night: "Dan pulled off three fantastic saves, incredible saves and the scoreboard could have looked a lot different had it not been for him."
