TWO women and two boys were treated by paramedics after a Mercedes collided with a tow truck in a village between Worcester and Evesham.
Evesham Road, Bricklehampton, was closed by police in order to clear debris while four people were treated by West Midlands Ambulance Service. They were later taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Worcester, although their injuries were "not believed to be serious".
An ambulance service statement read: "We were called to reports of a collision between a lorry and a car on Evesham Road at 1.09pm.
"Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered four patients from the car, two women and two boys.
"They were all treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment."
A West Mercia Police statement read: "At around 13:15pm today (July 25) officers responded to a report of a collision between a black Mercedes-Benz and a tow truck on Evesham Road, Bricklehampton.
"The road was closed whilst the debris was cleared."
Police have since confirmed the road is now open.
