THE air ambulance landed in Brickfields after reports of a man in a life-threatening condition.
The man was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment this morning.
Midlands Air Ambulance landed in the King George V playing fields in Brickfields before taking off at just after 9am.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said it was called at 8am to reports of a medical emergency at a home in Albany Road, off Tunnel Hill.
"We sent two ambulances and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found one patient, a man, who was in a life-threatening condition."
Ambulance crews gave the man advanced life support at the scene.
He was then taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
