THE dates have been revealed for this year's Victorian Christmas Fayre 2021.

Last year, the event had to be cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic but plans are in motion to bring it back.

Festive stalls, fairground rides and entertainment will be returning to the city centre from Thursday, December 2.

The four-day event will come to a close on Sunday, December 5.

Worcester's Victorian Christmas Fayre attracts thousands of visitors into the city centre.

Visitors outside the city can already book their coaches in advance through an online booking form on the fayre's website.

This year there will be almost 200 stalls across the city centre, selling local arts and crafts, delicious street food and gifts.

Victorian characters will be hanging about in Gin Lane while shoppers will also spot entertainers on stilts and musical performances.

Also returning for 2021 is the popular funfair with carousel and big wheel.

The Victorian Fayre was first started back in 1992 by traders from New Street and Friar Street and has grown into a four-day event throughout the city centre.
