A 23-year-old man who is known to become 'aggressive' when drunk has been banned from every pub, bar and nightclub in a Worcestershire town.

Jordan Gurney of Strawberry Place, Pershore was slapped with a criminal behaviour order (CBO) at Worcester Magistrates Court earlier this month after he made threats at an Evesham pub.

He is now banned from every pub, bar and nightclub in Evesham and a bar in his home town of Pershore.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said he 'predominantly comes to police attention for drunken aggressive and threatening behaviour, often in public houses and licensed premises'.

Kinder surprise for drug dealer

The CBO was granted on the conviction for a section 4 public order offence committed on the May 27 this year at Gardeners Arms pub, Evesham where he made threats of violence towards another.

For this offence he was fined £160 and compensation of £100 awarded.

By the terms of the CBO he is prohibited from entering any licensed premises within Evesham, entering BAR 57 in Pershore and refusing to leave a premises or area forming part of a premises when asked by someone who has authority to do so.
