POLICE are on the hunt for a prolific Worcester burglar who is wanted on a recall to prison.
Nicholas Dutfield, who is known as "Dutty", has links to Worcester and has been known to frequently visit the city centre.
A previous appeal for Dutfield was launched in August when police were searching for him over theft and burglary charges.
Officers said that Dutfield was "actively avoiding the police" at the time.
Dutfield has previously been jailed for three raides last year which included a break in at a Worcester church and the theft of charity boxes.
He has at least 37 convictions for 163 offences dating back to 1984.
Of those 163 offences, 124 are matters of dishonesty, the majority of those being non-dwelling burglaries or thefts.
Detectives have urged anyone that has seeb Dutfield to call Worcester detectives on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
