A NEW video shows the dramatic moment an armed officer's gun appears to flash during a police stop which ended with a man being shot.
An officer appears to shoot the man through a white BMW car door window in the video which also appears to show the moment the gun's muzzle flashes.
It also shows what happened in the aftermath of Saturday's shooting (October 2) with armed officers rushing to collect a first aid kit to tend to the man who lies on the ground.
Police pulled over a car between Ronkswood Hill and Newtown Road on Saturday morning after reports of a person carrying a firearm.

In the video, which was shared on Reddit, an officer shouts "get your hands up" as the man leaves the driver's side of the car.
The officer shouts again "get your hands above your head" before a shot is fired.
West Mercia Police said today that the man remains in hospital.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct which will carry out an investigation into the incident and the discharge of a police firearm.
- A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. West Mercia Police has not said whether the man has yet been charged. He remains in hospital.
