These are the most expensive streets in Worcestershire according to Zoopla.


On average, it takes over 100 days for homes to sell in Worcestershire according to data collected in September 2021 by Property Solvers.

Homes in WR1 took on average 150 days to sell while homes in Broadway (WR12) took 108 days and WR7 109 days. 

The number of streets with homes valued at £1million plus increased in the West Midlands from 137 in September 2020 to 205 in September 2021.

There are no homes currently for sale in the county's most expensive street Church Street in Broadway on RightMove.
