- ROLLING MATCH REPORT
- The Bulls side with a mixture of youth and first team players got off to the perfect start with Mitch Hancox's shot palmed down to Victor Sodeinde to slide home.
- A well organised Bromyard side were coping with the Hereford pressure and picking their moments to counter-attack.
- That was until the 29th minute when Dan Smith shrugged off his marker before firing wide and then sending an effort over moments later.
- As the half progressed Bromyard came back into the tie with a Andy Hudson free-kick taking a deflection into the hands of a grateful Nykah Liburd-Hines.
- Then before the break Bromyard should have been level with a cross fizzed over to Jason Wellings unmarked at the back post who steered his effort over.
- As they did in the first half the Bulls scored minutes after the re-start with youngster Joe Speake skipping away from three men before being brought down.
- The resulting free-kick was taken quickly and Speake found Dan Smith whose first effort was closed at close range before netting the rebound.
- Speake could have scored himself moments later after Sodeinde fizzed a ball to him unmarked at the back post, but the youngster blazed over.
- Sodeinde was starting to make his mark on the game twisting and turning before his effort rattled the post before hitting Rhodes and being cleared off the goal-line.
- Bromyard were having joy with Hudson's free-kicks and on the 75th minute he provided a cross for Gough who headed high and wide.
- On his first appearance back from injury Yan Klukowski saw his effort from outside the box saved.
- At the other end Nathan Myers broke through twice but failed to find the final ball.
- However, five minutes from time the Bulls hit a third with Sodeinde shaking off his man before seeing his effort saved into the path of youngster Isaac Groves to score.
- In injury time Bromyard almost had a consolation goal with James Baldwin charging forward before crashing his effort into the side-netting.
