A MAN who assaulted a woman has been made the subject of a restraining order.
Shaun Thomas Edgar, from Barrow, assaulted the woman in Blackpool on October 20.
Edgar, 35, of Egerton Court, admitted the charge at Blackpool Magistrates' Court.
He was told to complete 100 hours of unpaid and pay £100 in compensation.
A restraining order banning him from contacting the woman and entering Maryport will last for a year.
