A MAN has been accused of breaking Covid regulations by participating in a gathering.
Matthew Maurizio Henson has denied a charge of taking part in a gathering while Cumbria was under Tier 4 restrictions March 5.
The 28-year-old, of Hall Street in Barrow, is said to have been at a gathering of two or more people at a private dwelling at Devon Street in town.
A hearing for the case is due to take place at Carlisle Magistrates' Court on November 4.
