Police are appealing for witnesses after a two-car crash which hospitalised two adults and a child.

Firefighters had to use hydraulic rescue equipment to remove one person who was trapped in their car.

The incident, which involved a red Mazda 2 and a blue Vauxhall Corsa, happened on the junction of the B4065 and A38 Roman Way, near Chateau Impney just before 8am on Thursday, November 18 .

A man, woman and child were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with minor injuries which were not believed to be serious.

Police and fire service crews were also in attendance and the road was closed for a considerable amount of time.

Speaking at the time, a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 7.58am to reports of a two car RTC at the junction of the B4065 and A38 in Droitwich.

"We sent three ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance critical care car.

"We have treated three patients, a man, woman and child for minor injuries not believed to be serious, and they’ve all been conveyed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further treatment."

Officers would now like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or have dash-cam footage.
