A Worcester couple have transformed their home into a Christmas wonderland in aid of a county charity.

Jake Heaton and Rich Portman have installed hundreds of Christmas lights and decorations at their home in Ambrose Close, off Oldbury Road, St Johns, and are raising funds for Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven.

“We’ve been doing this for about three years now but this is the first time we have done it for charity,” said Jake. “It seems to be getting bigger and bigger each year.

Worcester News:

“The reason for choosing this charity is because my mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer back in the first lockdown. She is a tough cookie and has now got through it and had the all-clear, which is fabulous.

“This charity is very close to our hearts and we wanted to do something to say thank you for the support and the love that they give to people.”
