Russell Allen is believed to be in Worcester having absconded from Northern Ireland
A man on the run from Northern Ireland is believed to be in Worcester.
South Worcestershire Proactive CID are asking for the public’s help in finding Russell Allen who is said to have “absconded” from Northern Ireland.
It is believed he is now in Worcester.
Anyone with information as to his current whereabouts is urged to call 101.
Alternatively, reports can be made 100 per cent anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online here.
