Police are searching for a man last seen at Worcester Royal Hospital.
Darren Lewis, 38, was last seen at around 10am this morning, Saturday December 4, at the hospital just off Newtown Road.
Mr Lewis is described by West Mercia Police as five foot six inches tall, medium build with a brown beard.
He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a big cream coloured coat along and a t-shirt that says Bear Grills on it.
He may also have a hat and a rucksack.
Mr Lewis is from Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire and police have now released a CCTV image of him at the hospital this morning.
A police statement read: "Darren has family in Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire however he doesn’t know Worcester too well.
"One image is from hospital CCTV this morning with Darren wearing his cream coloured coat and now we can update this with a clearer photo of his face - however please note that Darren has a fuller beard now than when this image was taken.
"We are very concerned for Darren's personal and medical welfare and would ask that anyone who has seen him or knows where he might be to please call 999 immediately."
