PEOPLE living in the area around a huge Worcestershire fire have been urged to stay indoors and keep doors and windows closed.

Firefighters are continuing to tackle the huge blaze at Hoo Farm Industrial Estate and are expected to remain at the scene this evening as they have described it as an ongoing incident.

The UK Heath Security Agency has issued the warning that says: "People in areas affected by smoke from the fire at Hoo Farm Industrial Estate fire should stay indoors and keep doors and windows closed.

"Motorists should keep windows closed, turn off air-conditioning and keep air vents closed.

"Any smoke can be an irritant to airways/skin/eyes and cause coughing/wheezing, breathlessness, chest pain. Get medical help if affected."

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service added: "Fighting activities will continue through the night at Hoo Farm in Kidderminster.

"Please keep your doors and windows closed if you are within the area of the smoke flume. Road closures are in place so please also avoid unnecessary journeys into the affected area."

Meanwhile stunning drone images of the fire have also been released by Team UAV.

One of them is a Infra-Red (thermal) image capturing the strength of blaze.
